About the job
The Office Holder shall execute all activities related to product development and provide leadership in continuous improvement of formulations and process design.
Responsibilities
- Carry out activities stipulated under change management during introduction of new products.
- Spearhead technology transfer activities for new products.
- Provide support to RA during product registration and retention activities.
- Design formulations and processes to ensure quality products that meet test specifications.
- Execute costings of different products to guide Sales Team
- Provide insight on continuous improvement of products knowledge.
- Develop Batch Manufacturing/Packing Protocols and Master Formulations Records
- Management of artworks: Unit cartons, Shipper cartons, Aluminium foils etc.
- Participate in process validation protocol development and execution.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Pharmaceutical Science
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
