Our client, in the manufacturing industry is looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow to join their team as a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.


2. Guide and coach employees monitoring their productivity.


3. Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.


4. Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.


5. Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.


6. Perform verification of production output according to specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in business management or any other related field.


2. At least 2-4 years relevant experience in a manufacturing company.


3. Must have worked as a supervisor.


4. Knowledge of plastic industry will be an added advantage.


5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


6. Good reporting skills and effective planning.


7. Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
