Responsibilities
- The role holder shall be responsible for credit origination, underwriting and administration in the regions
- Monitor and give weekly progress updates on regional credit performance
- Weekly reviews of PAR per branch.
- Follow up on daily disbursement of all loans that have been fully approved and signed
- Processing of work in the right procedures to prevent creation of errors.
- All loan forms, error correction forms, queries and other GTF to be processed daily
- Proper filling of all data processed for easy access of them when needed
- Act in accordance with the set regulations and credit policies.
- Keeping the SLAs related to loan processing.
- Zero error rate – accuracy in loan processing
- Observe deadlines for reporting
- Training branch teams on credit processes including underwriting, credit administration and collections
- Do any other duties that may be assigned by the Senior Business Growth & Development Manager
Education
- Bachelors Degree (B): Finance And Banking
