Summary
Responsibilities:
- Contribute towards business strategy, ensure business support and jointly prepare the HR Plan and strategy
- Collaborate as HR Partner with the Department heads to meet the business objectives and that of the departments.
- Review and where required formulate HR Policies and SOP
- Drive the understanding of people and organisational implications of the business strategy and goals
- Management of end-to-end recruitment processes including the onboarding of new employees.
- Manage the employee lifecycle and develop the potential and performance of people.
- Promote effective teamwork, encourage and empower others to work collaboratively to deliver on the department and company objectives.
- Performance management, compensation and benefits
- Enable a high performance, high engagement culture in the organisation.
- Drive holistic wellness, which includes physical and emotional wellbeing, in the workplace through dedicated social systems, tracking and monitoring mechanisms and employee awareness and education.

- Identify training needs analysis of the business, including skills gap analysis, development of individual training plans and facilitate the same with internal and external resources
