The ideal candidate for this position will have strong sales and marketing skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Make presentations to clients and take them to see the property.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and payment
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company.
- Meeting and exceeding the sales targets
- Any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- A relevant Undergraduate degree
- 2-4 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- Demonstrate negotiating skills.
- An understanding of the Real Estate Market and competitive landscape will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, creative, persistent with a passion for sales
