Your Role


As Field Team Leader, you will coordinate all field team’s activities and provide visibility on the same while ensuring highest health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained.


What You Will Do



  1. Coordinate with the quality team and our fuel partner(VEK) to ensure stock availability at the stations

  2. Report, escalate and follow up on all field, hardware and software-related incidents

  3. Provide feedback on the KOKO technology used by the operators and identify areas of improvement

  4. Monitor in conjunction with the fleet team the performance of company-owned MicroTankers

  5. Lead and Mentor operators and assistants on existing technology improvements, KOKO maintenance activities, quality, safety and incident management

  6. Supervise the rollout of new last-mile hardware at service stations and on MicroTankers


What You Will Bring to KOKO



  1. 1+ year of hands-on experience in a technical field

  2. Higher diploma in a technical discipline – mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering or petroleum engineering highly preferred

  3. Ability to adapt in a highly technological environment – highly proficient with android smartphone technology

  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

  5. Excellent knowledge and expertise with spreadsheets (Google or Microsoft)

  6. Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment

  7. Good understanding of traffic rules and regulations

  8. Familiarity with HSE procedures in the petroleum industry will be an added advantage
