Sales Representatives Job, Current Sales & Marketing Job Vacancies in Kenya,

Position: Sales Representatives.

Location: Nairobi, Kenya.

Salary: 35K -40K.

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Generate and qualify leads by planning field visits to dormant and new potential customers to achieve sales growth


• Source and develop client referrals


• Prepare sales actions plans and strategies


• Schedule sales activities and follow up on the same


• Gathering market and customer information


• Develop and maintain a customer database


• Negotiating variation in price, deliveries, and specifications with related HOD’s


• Negotiate with customers


• Advising on forthcoming product development and discussing special promotions


• Developing and maintaining company sales promotional materials


• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities


• Liaising with other departments, depot, and factory to check on the progress of existing orders


• Recording sales and order information for sending to your superior at the end of each day


• Reviewing your own sales performance and strategizing to meet or exceed


• Gaining a clear understanding of customers and their requirements


• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations or as per the guidelines of the company price

Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales and marketing


• Proven success


• Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism


• Strong organizational skills


• 3-5 years in sales and marketing


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills


• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM


• Personal integrity


• Ability to travel at least 80% of the time and drive


• Possess a valid driving license
