Our client, a Golf Club/Sports Club, is looking to hire for the following Positions.
Job Title: General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations functions of the club.
- Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
- Ensure full compliance to club’s operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
- Lead all key property issues including capital projects, member service and refurbishment.
- Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the club’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
- Manage on-going profitability of the club, ensuring revenue and client’s satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
- Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the club and management.
- Deliver club’s budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property.
- Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
- Prepare monthly reports and closely monitor the club’s business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
- Participate in final decision making of hiring key staffs.
- Coordination with HOD for the execution of all activities and function
