Responsibilities:
- “1. Oversee the general sales in the region
- Supervise the merchandisers and promoters
- Give daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and trend on sales to the management
- Undertake weekly , monthly meetings with merchandizers and promoters
- Plan and follow up on performance in your region
- Lead and hold promotional events/ activities in your region
- Carry our regular Huawei products campaigns in your regions
- Hold and document performance meetings with all affected staff
- Show value through measurement of ROI based on results.
- Team ability Improvement through training, sales analysis and frequent motivation to shut down distractions
- Sell Through Management and Control”
Qualifications
- Computer Skill: Office software ability, include Word, ppt, excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, logical problem shooting
- Good communication skills
- Interested in electronic products
- OPEN Social habit, like to try new fields
