• Transport Scheduling, Customer Service, Contract Management/ Sourcing and Domestic Special Services


• Weight & Balance and Commercial Airline Management


• Control Center, Clearance & Brokerage Operations, Clearance Admin Inbound/ Outbound


• Export Controls, Customer Services, Dangerous Goods, Cross-border Linehaul and Vendor Management,


• Weight & Balance (Ramp Operations)


• Cross Border Trucking Operations Control,


• Admin & Support, Manifesting, Dispatch (Heavy Weight), Flight Operations and Feeder Operations,


• Reporting & Analysis, Quality & Process Improvement and Contract Management


• Aircraft Operations, Aircraft Handling, Pick Up & Delivery and Quality Management


• Transport Scheduling, Fleet Management and GSP Management (Domestic & International),


• Customer Services/ Support Group, Ground Linehaul/ Road Linehaul, Insurance & Claims Management (Brazil),


• Commercial Airline Management, Spot Management, Lift, Hub & Gateway Control Center


• Clearance Regulatory, Cross-Border Road Linehaul, Domestic Air Linehaul and Road Network,


• Linehaul & PUD Risk Management (Brazil), Manages Ground/ Road Hub, Gateway or Ramp Operation (Excludes Station Operations), Air Hub and  Manages Ground Hub

External Contracts:

• Occasional interaction with External Customers
