Business Development Executive

Job Purpose

The Business Development Executive role is responsible for Marketing & Selling Meridian Health Group services to clients (insurance companies, corporate organizations and doctors).

The holder of this position will report to the Business Development & Customer Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Operational Responsibilities

·         Develop & Implement business plans to meet and address clients’ needs.

·         Build & manage business relationships with existing clients.

·         Explore

·         Facilitate Health Talks, wellness checks, and other promotional activities

·         Conduct market intelligence and monitor competitor activity

Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills)

Professional Qualifications

• B Sc./B. Com in Marketing or any related field from a reputable university.

Other know-how required apart from academic and professional qualifications

Functional Skills:

·         Analytical & problem-solving skills

·         Presentation skills

·         Communication skills

Personal Attributes:

·         Positive working attitude and ability to give and take instructions

·         Ability to work as an effective team member.

Previous relevant work experience required

·         At least 1 years’ experience in a key Sales and Marketing role, preferably in a health care environment or related field
