Gross Salary Scale: Kshs. 94,400 – 118,900 p.m
Job Purpose:
- The job holder will be responsible for executing incoming and outgoing Judiciary visits.
Reporting Responsibilities
- The job holder is responsible to Protocol officer I.
- Area of Deployment:
- Office of the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ushering official delegations;
- Assisting in organizing hospitality and logistics for official delegations;
- Keeping and updating information on official delegations;
- Scheduling and maintaining calendar of VIP ceremonies, Conferences and special events;
- Assisting in organizing official events
- Processing of passports and other travel documents;
- Assisting in organizing sitting arrangements in events
Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications
- For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: –
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following social sciences disciplines: Public Relations, Communication, Diplomacy, International Relations, or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
- Proficiency in computer application skills

Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit valid clearance certificates from the following bodies during the interview: –
- Kenya Revenue Authority
- Higher Education Loans Board
- Directorate of Criminal Investigation
- Ethics and Anti–Corruption Commission
- A recognized Credit Reference Bureau
- Recommendation from the relevant Professional Body, as the case may be, as being in Good Standing
- Advocates Complaints Commission
- Law Society of Kenya
