Position: Regional Sales Representatives
Location: Mombasa, Kisumu & Nakuru
Our client, a leading manufacturer of building and construction products e.g. unique insulation products for roofs and pipes, duct wraps, sealant cords etc. as well as Packaging materials for flowers, is searching for Regional Sales Representatives to be placed in Mombasa, Kisumu & Nakuru.
Role description:
Responsible for achieving set targets month on month, pipeline management, and channel growth, management of specifies, channel penetration and generation of relevant reports.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Managing of individual pipeline &
- Promotes, sells and secures orders from specifiers/consultants through a relationship-based Acquire new sales/accounts within the assigned specifiers/consultants.
- Meet sales targets as per agreed Key Performance
- Ability to set up and manage focus groups, sales campaigns and sales drive
- Build meaningful internal and external
- Identifies opportunities by translating our products and services into value for
Qualifications:
- A basic degree and /or Diploma in sales & marketing or business-related course would be all one needs for education
- A minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in flowers, building & construction
- Knowledge of the Kenyan market flowers, building and or construction industry is a MUST have
- Proven track record of good performance in sales demonstrated by achieved targets, awards Confirmed by immediate past direct report.
