The sales representative will work with the sales team to perform a number of functions to execute daily business functions and responsibilities such as selling land and properties among other duties
Salary Kshs.20,000 retainer plus commission.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospecting & closing in on project sales
- Accompanying clients for site visits and inspections
- Follow up on leads assigned to you by your supervisor
- Ensure you keep up to date with current real estate market trends by undertaking market intelligence and advising the company
- Ensure clients sign their offer letters & sales agreement on time
- Ensure monthly sales targets without fail
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate Management
- Passion for real estate
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to communicate clearly
- Assist the Real Estate team with market research and in the deal-making process
- Experience in real estate.
