Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for Process Minders Position for one of our clients
Responsibilities
- Clearing of rejects, bottles and cans falling along the Bottling Lines and Keg Line.
- Taking part in the crate balancing actions during change-overs.
- Clearing the bottling lines of excess empty crates or loading the same if required onto the conveyors.
- Removal of EX-EBI, Filler and Labeler rejects from the production lines to the segregated litter bins.
- Manual preparation and placement of cable ties during production of dark Senator on the Keglines and accounting for them.
- Manual loading of cartons and crates at the depalletizer and loading of cans, bottles, crowns and lids.
- Manual loading of pallets at the palletizer at the Kegline’s unstacker.
- Removal and decanting of underfills from the Line back to the tank.
- Assisting the Technical Operators during scheduled maintenance.
Qualifications
- At least O-Level qualification.
- Physically fit.
- Good team player.
- Fast learner.
