Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your main responsibility will be to manage the in-flight brand of NAS (Common Assembly, wash-up, operations, catering dispatch, laundry, equipment float, bonded warehouse, airline account managers and airline lounges), approx 400 staff.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As well your specific duties / responsibilities will be to:
•Collaborate with all Senior Managers under the leadership of the Managing Director to develop and implement the In-flight services strategy with commercial and operational action plans,
•Ensure optimal performance and consistency of the in-flight brand (customer satisfaction, on time and safety delivery, product and process quality, food safety and aviation security),
•Steer the development and preparation of annual operational budget. Drive and ensure optimal performance and consistency in the criteria of financial performance,
•Implement and monitor initiatives to enhance customer relationship and retain excellent customer satisfaction,
•Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and all other external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
•A minimum of 5 years experience in managing a similar team,
•A significant experience in an in-flight catering,
•A good understanding of HACCP rules
•Strong managerial and leadership capabilities,
•Fair financial and economical knowledge,
•Ability to anticipate, organise and decide,
•Good communication skills from shop floor to admin.
•High availability and reactivity,
•Strong culture of change and continuous improvement,
•French speaking will be a plus, but is not a must.
