(3 Yrs Contract)

The Grounds Man shall report to the Facilities Management Officer

Job Summary: A Multi-Skilled Handy-Man for Maintenance of grounds and minor Joinery and Carpentry repair.

 

Duties and responsibilities    
 

The duties and responsibilities will include:

• Maintain the general cleanliness of the grounds


• Maintain the lawns and neat grass


• Assist in delivery of correspondences.

Job Specification:

• At least a D+ in KCSE


• At least a Certificate from a Youth Polytechnic or equivalent with basic training in Gardening, Joinery, Plumbing and Masonry will be an added advantage.


• 3 years work experience preferably in grounds work
