Relations & Wellness Manager Job in Kenya

Using a working knowledge of

applicable employment laws and HR best practices, the Manager will provide

operational support, guidance and recommended solutions to Human Resource

Business Partners, Business Leaders and Employees on, among other things,

policy interpretation, disability management, job terminations, conflict

resolution and disciplinary action.

The role is the centre of expertise in matters relating to employment

legislation and driving industrial harmony in the Bank and its Subsidiaries.
