The Maternal and Newborn Health Improvement (MANI) Project is seeking an officer experienced in maternal and newborn health (MNH) to support work on improving the quality of maternal and newborn health service delivery in Bungoma county.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in MNH, good knowledge of the Kenyan health system, and demonstrated ability to develop individual and institutional capacity. Fluent knowledge of Kswahili and English are essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
The officer will work closely with senior county government colleagues, Sub/County Management Health Team (S/CMHT) members, health care workers, Community Health Volunteers (CHVs) and Community Health Extension Workers (CHEWs), MANI consortium staff and senior technical colleagues at Options Head Quarters.
