We seek to recruit a high caliber, results oriented, experienced and highly skilled individual for the position of Chief Executive Officer.
 

Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and values, and promote revenue, profitability and growth.  

The role holder will also be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, to ensure production efficiency, quality service and, cost effective management of resources.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization.


• Develops and communicates a common vision and  inspires others to achieve the same


• Provides clear direction to the organization as well as support to colleagues


• Maintains effective systems of internal controls to account for all receipts and expenditure of company’s funds


• Motivate others to make change and improvements by providing guidance and training


• Develop a healthy working culture that values staff diversity

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Degree in a business related field,  Masters preferred


• Professional/ executive qualifications in advanced management, strategic management or finance


• At least ten (10) years’ executive management experience


• Strong financial management orientation;


• Ability to identify, create and foster an organizational culture that is supportive of and builds upon the core values of the organization


• Advanced business skills to develop new or enhance existing operational strategies, business plans, policies and programs;


• Ability to engage strategically and build strong transformative relationships with stakeholders;


• People management and change leadership skills; and


• Public relations and stakeholder engagement skills.
