Position: Unit Manager
 

Reporting to: Agency Manager

Openings exist in our company for the above post in Nairobi.
 

Main Role: To recruit, train, supervise and motivate agents for the purpose of procuring and promptly submitting applications for insurance and annuity products.

Qualifications required are:-

• Minimum age of 30yrs and above;


• Mean Grade of C- in KCSE and above;


• Diploma or Degree in business related courses;


• Entrepreneurial acumen;


• Ability to excel in a fast paced, multi faceted team environment;


• Successful working experience in insurance sales;


• Good presentation and communication skills;


• Ambitious, hardworking and motivation by achievement;


• Highly networked and adept at connecting with people;


• Ability to work under minimum supervision;
