Position: Unit Manager
Reporting to: Agency Manager

Openings exist in our company for the above post in Nairobi.
Main Role: To recruit, train, supervise and motivate agents for the purpose of procuring and promptly submitting applications for insurance and annuity products.

Qualifications required are:-
- Minimum age of 30yrs and above;
- Mean Grade of C- in KCSE and above;
- Diploma or Degree in business related courses;
- Entrepreneurial acumen;
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, multi faceted team environment;
- Successful working experience in insurance sales;
- Good presentation and communication skills;
- Ambitious, hardworking and motivation by achievement;
- Highly networked and adept at connecting with people;
- Ability to work under minimum supervision;
