Top Image Africa Limited, a leading Below the Line Advertising Agency based in Nairobi, Kenya is looking for a Receptionist to work at its head office as from January 2016.
Requirements
Eligible candidates shall possess the following: –
- Diploma in Front Office Management or Equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Approachable and friendly demeanor
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Good communication skills
- Good planning & organization skills
- Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach
- Sense of responsibility and integrity
- Ability to manage difficult situations and the stress associated with them.
