Education / Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline. Masters degree in Business Administration / Hospital Administration or equivalent from a reputed institution will be added advantage.
Work Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in managing a profit centre in Healthcare, Hospitality or Service Industry
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth functioning of day to day technical and management functions of Clinic
- To develop, plan, and schedule clinic workflow, based on the approved policies and procedures as framed by the management.
- To review, monitor and revise the policies and procedures in close coordination with the functional head.
- To provide responsible direction to staff and activities related to the operation of the Clinic.
- To coordinate and integrate inter / intra functional systems.
- To track the flow of medical records and patient information through the Clinic.
- To maintain and deploy resources for efficient, cost effective and safe functioning of the Clinic.
- To co-ordinate maintenance and repairs of clinic area, equipment, and other instruments.
- To co-ordinate the procurement and stocking of various categories of consumable/inventory at the clinic.
- To coordinate the functioning of the committees constituted for selection of both the Clinical and Non-Clinical staff.
- To review human resources to ensure legal requirements and institutional policies are met.
- To supervise, instruct and evaluate professional and support staff.
- To plan and direct work of staff. Assist in establishing goals, performance standards, and objectives of each of the sections.
- To maintain proper records of the human resources and the administration of the benefits of the various job titles.
- To coordinate the functional and behaviour training of the Clinic Staff.
- To co-ordinate fiscal activities- by ways of monitoring income and expenses to ensure compliance with budgets.
- To prepare budget requests and budget justifications.
- To maintain financial stability of clinic through effective and accurate inventory control and cost analysis.
- To prepare financial analysis of operations for guidance of management.
- To effectively co-ordinate the marketing and sales function of the clinic.
- To co-ordinate local brand building campaigns.
- To co-ordinate sales calls for corporates and doctors.
- To develop a CRM mechanism through telemarketing and other concentrated efforts.
- To periodically monitor the level of service quality at the clinic in close co-ordination with Head Operations and the medical team.
- To prepare different MIS for analysis and performance and review the same with the management.
- To identify appropriate internal controls for different functions
- To ensure adherence to the mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
- To adhere to internal controls established for the department.
- To perform related duties as required.
