Job Title / Position: Production Shift Incharge – Packaging Section
Job Location: Gongoni, Mombasa
Job Purpose: This will be based on the organizational goals and objectives
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production start-ups, shut down and shift rotation.
- Assign and delegate jobs to subordinate staff and oversee their action points
- Training production line employees on how to operate the machines
- Supervise production line operation, packing section in accordance to plant policies and procedures
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- He/she will be responsible for quality production and operations within standard operations.
- Conducting a time to time job safety analysis
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least experience of 4-5 years in a production field
- Supervisory skills in a busy manufacturing plant
- Experience in packaging section will be advantageous

Supervision: Supervise production employees in packaging department.
