Kazini Africa Trust is recruiting Sales Executives for one of our clients.
Due to continuous growth and demands, our client seeks to recruit self-driven, target oriented, energetic, ambitious, self-motivated individuals; keen on a career enhancing opportunity to fill Sales Executives Position.
Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities, setting up initial sales and meeting the clients
- Generate sales and ensure sales targets are met.
- Develop and implement special sales activities to increase sales.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Generating leads through professional networking and cold-call techniques.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs.
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
- Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
- Participate in sales, business and technical training courses to increase awareness of our products and services.
The ideal candidates should possess:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business related field.
- 3-5 years experience in a Sales position (Mandatory requirement).
- Good analysis of the market.
- Strong understanding of customers, market dynamics and requirements.
- Strategic mind set, capable of completing tasks and actions needed for company growth.
- Must be proactive, with the tenacity to overcome market challenges.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task.
- A good planner and can work with minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and use Internet and email.
Compensation: Commission-based
