This primary Clinical Applications Specialist (located in Nairobi, Kenya) is an essential part of the International Clinical Support Team to one of Synaptive’s accounts and will be our “face to the customer”. They will provide product installation and will passionately teach customers how to use all of the features on the products. Their expert knowledge, caring attitude and professional presentation skills, will enable customers to comfortably use our devices and software througout procedures.
The ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, and results oriented, with a positive attitude and a highly personable and energetic presence. They’re also not afraid to “roll up their sleeves” when needed to setup equipment as necessary. Lastly, they are passionate about Synaptive Medical’s vision and with providing the best possible training experience to the customer.
