Job description
A senior Project Manager is sought with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of selected MML real estate projects on programme and to budget meeting the highest standards of quality.
Attributes:
- The candidate must be a focused self-starter who is able to actively pursue project goals through managing the design team, the contractor and maintaining full client support.
- Must have a proven track record in the management of commercial or residential real estate Projects and a clear understanding or programme management.
- Should ideally have a first degree in engineering, quantity surveying or a related skill and further qualification in project management.
- The ideal candidate would be a Kenyan citizen with minimum of 5 years PM related experience.
