The overarching strategic objectives of Challenge TB are to improve access to
quality patient centered care for TB, TB/HIV, and MDR-TB services; to prevent
transmission and disease progression; and to strengthen TB platforms.
Background: The CTB Project follows on from other previous
projects: TB CTA (2000-2005), TB CAP (2005-2010) and TB CARE I
(2010-2015).
