Food & Beverage Coordinator

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management


• Extensive experience in the Food and Beverage
  
  industry, with at least 3 years at a supervisory level


• Previous multi-outlet management experience
  
  and ability to value diversity and different cultures

• Must have 2 years work experience in Sales in
  
  a busy environment, preferably hospitality industry and business degree,
  
  or any relevant qualification, would be advantageous


• Knowledge of local market and able to close a
  
  deal.

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronics and
  
  Computer literate


• Attend banquet event order meetings, catering
  
  operation meetings, prepare and detail audio-visual flow sheets reviewing
  
  last minute changes. Set up audio-visual equipment to meet client’s needs.

Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician

• Considerable knowledge of HVAC systems
  
  including repair and maintenance and basic electric and plumbing skills.


• Skill in the use of hand and power tools, dial
  
  indicators and testing equipment for air, water balancing and control
  
  calibration.

• Diploma in Mechanical/Plant from a recognised
  
  institution.


• Experience in Boiler operations and repair is
  
  a must and minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same capacity.

• Trade test qualification and 2 years’
  
  experience in the same position.

• Certificate in Food and Beverage Service and
  
  Sales from a reputable institution or equivalent with computer knowledge.


• Sufficient manual dexterity in hands in order
  
  to use a knife to make garnish, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice,
  
  mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock.
