Stipend: 5,000 pm
Our client in IT industry is seeking Customer Service interns to provide support in their customer service unit.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interact with customers face to face, emails and also in a phone based environment
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Capture and enter customer details and inquiries in the system
- Explain company services and products to clients
- Call clients to update them on service agreements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries or issues are addressed in time
- Organize proper documentation of service agreements
- Follow up on issues raised by customers to ensure they are resolved
- Make daily reports of customer handled with details of issues handled
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Communication or equivalent
- Telemarketing experience an advantage (Phone sales/Marketing experience)
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Articulate even when under pressure
- Able to maintain a conversation
- Must possess sharp computer skills (Ms. Office, Email, etc.)
- Must be living in Nairobi
- Be ready to start immediately
