Customer Service Interns

Location: Nairobi


Stipend: 5,000 pm


Our client in IT industry is seeking Customer Service interns to provide support in their customer service unit.



Duties & Responsibilities


  • Interact with customers face to face, emails and also in a phone based environment

  • Respond to customer inquiries

  • Capture and enter customer details and inquiries in the system

  • Explain company services and products to clients

  • Call clients to update them on service agreements

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries or issues are addressed in time

  • Organize proper documentation of service agreements

  • Follow up on issues raised by customers to ensure they are resolved

  • Make daily reports of customer handled with details of issues handled

Requirements


  • Diploma in Marketing, Communication or equivalent

  • Telemarketing experience an advantage (Phone sales/Marketing experience)

  • Great oral and written communication skills

  • Articulate even when under pressure

  • Able to maintain a conversation

  • Must possess sharp computer skills (Ms. Office, Email, etc.)

  • Must be living in Nairobi

  • Be ready to start immediately
