• Be able to use software and applications


• Able to operate hardware/machines like
  
  Scanners, printers, photocopier


• A person who has experience working with
  
  Mpesa, Airtel Money, Equity Agent, KCB Mtani, Coop Agent and any other
  
  mobile banking services


• Able to troubleshoot internet problems that a
  
  customer might encounter


• Provide excellent customer care.


• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the
  
  place.


• Keep accurate records of logs and inventories
  
  of the shop
