Our Client is currently looking for a Project Manager
The candidate will be responsible for leading and assisting our Business Units in the design, sizing, development of specifications or quotation to specifications, application, and quotation of custom HVAC products utilized in our finishing systems.
This position will also be involved in sales presentations and engineering reviews to ensure selection meet specifications.
Project Manager Job Main Responsibilities
- Select and size HVAC systems to comply with specifications; typical applications require sizing related to cfm, temperature, humidity and control sequencing.
- Selection of equipment dependent upon site utilities.
- Provide direction to internal resources related to HVAC design and application in the fulfilment of contracts.
- Develop costing related to HVAC equipment and installation for quotation purposes.Present technical reviews and presentation to end-users related to HVAC design and application.
- Provide training to internal departments on application and design of HVAC
- Conduct technical review of HVAC systems to ensure compliance to contracts.
Qualifications for Project Manager Kenyan Jobs
- Engineering or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years experience,working in a consultancy firm would be an added advantage
- At least four years of working experience preferably in an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company
- Knowledge of card design
- Good interpersonal skills
- Independent; able to run projects on his own
- Conversant with preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project budgets
- Supervision and analytical skills
Salary: 80,000
