Summary: Our client is looking for a passionate Manager – Strategic Accounts, who will partner with the business to ensure the long term business success of their Strategic joint accounts.
Job Purpose: This role has a double reporting to the Heads of the Strategic partners, the role holder will be responsible for:
- Developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key C- level business executives and stakeholders and generating business within the agreed Joint strategic accounts by embracing new business collaboration with a comprehensive portfolio of the company’s key accounts.
- Liaising between customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Operate as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your the joint strategic accounts.
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with Revenue teams within DD and IS to ensure growth attainment.
Qualifications, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor’s (graduate) Degree in business (Sales & Marketing) or technical field of study.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to the concepts of technology enabled, value-added selling.
- Proven account management and sales experience.
