Job Title: Stores Supervisor
Location: Nairobi
Nature of Job: Full time
Salary: 40K-50K
Duties
- Supervise, train, develop and succeed high performing and result driven team members.
- Understand and manage Product Knowledge and be responsible for Store Team Members. .
- Assess customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive business.
- Supervise loss prevention in stores.
- Supervise Inventory
- Supervise and be accountable for incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Communicate merchandise opportunities to Stores Manager.
- Deliver good services to customers
Requirements
- Diploma in Storekeeping / purchase and supply or any related field
- Some accounting knowledge
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Stores Supervisor in a busy organization
