in the newly formed Valuation Department for the position of Senior Valuer,
Valuer and Personal Assistant all reporting to the Head of Valuation.
Senior Valuer and Valuer
- Graduate in Land Economics / Real Estate.
Masters will be an added advantage. - Registered with the Institution of Surveyors
of Kenya. - Registered and Licenced Valuer.
- Wide experience on valuation work in the
residential & commercial sectors including banks & corporates. - Display of strong leadership & commitment.
- Good written & spoken English is
compulsory. - Knowledge – Feasibility Studies, Market
Research, Real Estate Advisory and Property Management. - Sales experience in property sales is
essential. - Remuneration pegged to target performance and
business volumes. - Driving Licence mandatory.
- Graduate with a good related degree. Masters
will be an added advantage. - Good written & spoken English ¡s
compulsory. - Display of strong leadership & commitment.
- Ability to write reports and proposals within
strict deadlines. - Proficient in computer applications.
- Experience in property sales is essential.
- Driving Licence an added advantage.
