Job Description
Our client is an established Motorcycle Company seeking to recruit a dynamic Parts Assistant Manager to manage their parts division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire parts section.
- Creating parts section objectives in alignment with the companies policies.
- Manage dealers, suppliers and supervise the parts associates.
- Manage procurement for parts.
- Manage stock levels in relation to sales targets and returns on investment.
- Manage parts warranty issues in liaison with the manager in charge of service.
- Oversee the parts stock take and related inventories.
- Ensure availability of sufficient stock levels of parts.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Timely preparation of parts section budget.
- Achieve parts sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Must be 30 years of age and above.
- A minimum of Diploma in sales and marketing or in purchasing and supplies.
- Must have experience in parts sales, stock management and inventory control.
- At least 4 years work experience in handling parts in the automotive industry.
- Must be proficient in ICT.
- Must have a good understanding and knowledge of parts sales.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 100,000 /= (Approx. 1,111 USD) depending on experience
