ORIFLAME COSMETICS Job Vacancy : Area Sales Manager - 2015



Oriflame is now looking for an Area Sales Manager Nairobi to further strengthen our team.


Your responsibilities


    • Develop and coach new independent Oriflame consultants and pursue that each consultant in the country is developed through the Oriflame Academy and the Success Plan Career Ladder to success

    • Drive brand perception and awareness in the market in line with Oriflame global standards

    • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly recruitment, sales and leadership development targets assigned to the market

    • Act as an expert advisor/partner in the Oriflame Business who can guide, establish and evaluate the independent

    • Oriflame consultants associated with his/her branches and enhance their skills through regular training
