Assistant Operations Manager
Job Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible in:
- Managing service delivery for both internal and external customers
- Tracking service delivery metrics and initiating service improvements
- Ensuring client transactions are processed with speed and accuracy
- Managing procurement process & supplier relations
- Recording office expenditure and managing the office budget;
- Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
- Keeping the staff updated on oncoming meetings
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints;
- Reviewing and updating all the licenses hence ensuring they are up-to-date
- In charge of counterchecking and verification of the data that’s being keyed into the system
- In charge of manning the reception
- In charge of all the office logistics
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Supervising and monitoring the work of the clerical and support staff
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related degree course
- Qualifications and experience in IT and/or Accounting will be added advantage
- 2 year’s experience in a similar role
