We are hiring for the Head Engineer position for our client
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be a holder of Degree in Mechanical / Production or related Engineering field
- Must be a registered Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya and in possession of a valid practicing license
- 5 years minimum relevant work experience
- Good communication skills both verbally and written, strong computer skills.
- Complex problem solver
- Critical thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Judgment and decision making – considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Time management – managing one’s own time and the time of others.
- Coordination – adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions.
- Active learning -understanding the implications of new information for both current and future
- Systems analysis -determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Installation – installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
- Equipment selection – determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
