Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor

Location: Nairobi

Nature of Job: Full time

Salary: 40K – 50K

Duties

• Handle all related activities of dispatch as needed like supervising, training and checking performance


• Ensure  timely as well as efficient workflow.


• Manage and reconcile departmental reports.


• Identify issues or attain approvals for dispatches


• Convey departmental tasks for guidance of management.


• Maintain contact with all clients as well as outside vendors

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in purchase and supply/ logistics or any related field


• Some accounting knowledge


• 2-3 years’ experience as a Dispatch Supervisor in a busy organization
