Our client, a dynamic cosmetic company is seeking to recruit a Deputy Chief Executive Officer who will support the CEO in execution of the company’s strategies and operations. He/she will be co-responsible for running the company and its performance.
The successful candidate MUST have prior working management experience in operations and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct procurement, HR, finance, sales and marketing business units.
- Assist CEO and executive committee in policy and goal development
- Direct and oversee all critical functions of the company.
- Develop and prepare both short-term and long-term goals for the company.
- Ensure all operations comply with state regulations and the law.
- Develop and install procedures and controls directions.
- Lead, guide, direct and evaluate performance of Heads of Departments.
- Oversee and implement brand management delivery.
- Effective planning and evaluation of staff
- Timely preparation of management, financial, audit reports and tax returns.
- Review cash flow forecasts and analysis
- Drive treasury management activities.
- Present financial performance reports to the Board, Finance & Audit committee.
Qualifications
- Must have an MBA.
- Must have 4 years plus working experience in Senior Management position.
- Must have retail, hospitality or franchise background.
- Work experience in hospitality, retail or a franchise is an added advantage.
- Must have an entrepreneurial mind.
- Computer literate.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Monthly gross salary: KShs 250,000/-
