A well established below-the-line (BTL) marketing agency is looking for a talented, motivated and passionate Creative Graphic Designer reporting to the Head of Creative.Key Responsibilities:
- Developing interactive designs.
- Develop high quality and cutting edge designs.
- Attend team meetings to discuss art related issues, review designs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure to meet high artwork standards.
- Develop and maintain websites.
- Understand the project requirements and develop high quality designs accordingly.
- Bringing alive proposals so as to ensure their sell ability.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
- Meeting clients and account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements of the job.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in media but also able to work with other software.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a diploma in graphics design.
- Must have 3 years’ experience in a fast paced environment in a BTL agency.
- Must be proficient in: web graphics, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Knowledge in production of online content.
- Good understanding of the digital landscape.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.100,000 /= (Approx. 1,100 USD) depending on experience
