Closing Date: Open Until FilledSummary: Our client is an independent media specialists focusing on developing & providing world class media planning and buying services to various clients both local and international.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Keep track of the billable amounts and ensure that correct and error free invoices are raised on a timely basis.
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data.
- Prepare and send out invoices.
- Verify billing accounts.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing billing status on a timely basis.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a billing Accountant.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
