Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Head of Sales & Marketing
Job Purpose: Responsible for supporting the Sales Team in attaining the sales targets and ensuring correct information is set up on the systematics system.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling/responding to sales inquiries- both phone and online.
- Updating and maintaining price lists.
- Checking on product expiries and maintaining an updated record on the same.
- Doing sales follow ups on email or phone.
- Advising customers on available goods.
- Updating customers on new stock products.
- Maintain up to date customer and clients’ contact database.
- Handling customer complains.
- Forward approved invoices to stores for dispatch.
- Compiling minutes of departmental meetings.
- Assist in executing promotional activities.
- Filing.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Management/Sales & Marketing or any other related field
- Experienced of working with Salesforce is mandatory
- Strong excel skills
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, hardworking
- Problem solving through investigation
- Vision to grow in the sales department
Salary: Kshs. 35,000 to 50,000
