Job Title: HR Business Partner
Profile Introduction: Our Client, an American multinational conglomerate corporation; seeks to recruit a self-driven individual to the position of HR Business Partner.
Role Profile: The successful candidate will provide human resources advice and consult with leadership team to set short-term strategic direction and operating plans for a typically small to medium complex market/manufacturing operation.
- Ensuring compliance with human resources policies and procedures
- Full HR responsibilities for staffing, brand, organizational changes, compensation, development and metrics
- Provide strategic human resources support for business and functional leaders
- Manage daily employee relations issues and support business goals
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees, leadership, and supervision
- Provide coaching and guidance on developing HR policies and programs to support the changing needs of businesses and to ensure positive employee/management relations
- Ability to perform with a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity and credibility

Qualifications
- A Bachelor level university. Master’s degree is preferred.
- In addition, a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant working experience is required.
