1. Must have at least 3 years experience in the hot kitchen
2. Must be able to marinate and roast and prepare signature dishes
3. Must be able to prepare excellent Stews ( Indian / Chinense )
4. Must be able to track kitchen stock, portioning and costing
5. Must have experience in supervising a kitchen of 4 staff.
