Job Title: Head of Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Monitoring and EvaluationDuty Station: NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency, Midrand, Johannesburg, South AfricaSupervisor: Chief Executive OfficerThe Agency hereby invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the following position in its new organizational structure:Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Monitoring and Evaluation will provide strategic and operational leadership by ensuring that the Division has strategic plans, business plans and the budget and develop knowledge management strategies and practices in NPCA.The Head Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Monitoring and Evaluation will initiate, develop, implement, manage, and evaluate activities and supervise staff of the Division. He/she will also be responsible for the Division’s work plans and the production of performance reports. The incumbent will lead the Divisions’ contributions in the generation and application of new knowledge for continuous improvement of performance and the mobilization of resources for programme/project implementation.
