Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesTracking progress and key milestones of improvement projects such as Kaizen events, Green Belt and Black belt projects including reporting man hours invested and project benefitsLead (in a hands-on manner) the continuous improvement efforts/projects on the production floor, such as Lean Manufacturing initiatives, 5S, &/or 6-Sigma.Ensuring that the appropriate Standard Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures and flow charts are in place for the shop floor employees.Ensuring Time Studies and Motion Studies are completed, including material flow through the plant.Champions and schedules Kaizen/lean events and implements 5-S throughout the plant.Delivering Job Evaluations and Work Assessments to evaluate Indirect Labor performance and human capital allocation.Train or coordinate training of black belts, green belts, blue belts and TPM teamsRequirements:
