We are currently recruiting in Kenya for our client, a leader in the Supply chain industry.

Transport Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure that all logistics Supply Chain (with particular emphasis on road, rail and water transport logistics) initiative are setup and managed effectively so as to yield the expected results on time.
To ensure that the company assets that fall under the responsibility of logistics functions are utilized efficiently and maintained in an acceptable condition (e.g. weigh bridges computers, offices, furniture etc).
To specify and implement safety solutions, where applicable so as to ensure safe operations

Qualification

University degree in supply chain management, logistics or engineeringPrevious experience of 3 to 5 years in planning-distribution, logistics or demand planning.Possess an appreciation of project management capability.Computer literacy particularly in Enterprise Resource Planning Modules, Microsoft office packages especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel & MS Access.If you are up to the challenge, posses the necessary qualification and experience, please send your CV only quoting the job title on the email subject to leadconsultant@hrbpsolutions.co.ke before 27th November 2014, indicate your current /expected salary and notice period
